Tools for RTO businesses

The goal is to work smarter, not harder—so you can focus on the work you do best.

At RTO Mentor, we understand that sometimes RTO’s wish to remain small. Just the right size to service their clients, and to allow sharing of your own expertise. That means you need tools to support your business. And because we are one, we built this guide to tools and software with you in mind.

A critical first step towards investing in software and tools is enabling your teams’ potential. As a leader, when you understand the specific needs of your team you can begin to bridge gaps with tools that foster growth, ignite communication and collaboration, and drive productivity and performance.

It is all about operating more efficiently and getting your message out to more people.

That is why we use and recommend Podia. It is a very easy-to-use online learning management system that can support your business.

OK, I’m hearing you. As an RTO you need to software that is compliance based, and this is not. I get that. AND sometimes the RTO’s I deal with use a software that doesn’t have an LMS function. So if you are wanting to sell downloads, or simple course that are not nationally accredited, then this is the tool for you.

Another tool for RTOs that I use for graphics is Canva. It is a super easy-to-use design platform that allows you to create a variety of graphics for your business. You can have a FREE account or a paid. There are benefits for each. It has templates and ideas for everything from social media images and web banners to marketing brochuresflyersbusiness cardspresentations. I highly recommend this platform.

And for online connections I use zoom. I find it to be the most stable, however have used many others.
